Thermoforming & Twin Sheet Forming are processes which can achieve the look and feel of Injection Molding, without the expensive tooling charge. Pressure Forming is able to form details normally found only in injection molding. Thermoforming also has many advantages over the use of Sheet Metal, such as lower unit cost, lighter weight, and enhanced appearance.

Mayfield Plastics, Inc. continues to strive to be a better supplier by being on the cutting edge in the thermoforming industry. It is with great pleasure that we announce our move to a new 60,000 square foot facility in Sutton, MA.

In the new facility we have added 2 new state-of-the-art MAAC thermoforming machines. The new 60” x 96” machines are capable of Pressure, Vacuum and Twin Sheet Forming and have the latest in automation, controls and heating systems.

Having everything under one roof will allow Mayfield to realize efficiencies that will be reflected in better service, pricing and quality for you.

Mayfield is able to produce high quality Pressure and Vacuum formed parts up to 72″ x 90″ x 30″ in size.
